As the former CHRO of DePuy Synthes, Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s $10B orthopedics division, he led the talent and culture transformation that positioned the business as a digital surgery pioneer.

Previously as Global Head of Total Rewards at Johnson & Johnson, he designed and implemented compensation and benefits strategies for 130,000+ employees across 60 countries. At Procter & Gamble, he drove HR strategy for the Healthcare Division throughout Asia Pacific and has also served as the Chief of Staff to the Asia Pacific CEO. Sriram brings deep emerging markets, having successfully led transformative initiatives across diverse business contexts in rapidly evolving economies. Having lived and worked across five countries, he brings a uniquely global lens to enable businesses to move rapidly from strategy to execution to results, leveraging their most important asset – their people.

Now as President of Human Capital Consulting at his firm, Just Human Leadership Advisors, he partners with organizations from startups to global enterprises to optimize their human capital approaches and accelerate performance.
