Stacy Hendricks brings 30 years of operating and consulting experience in Fortune 500s, private equity, SMEs and entrepreneurial environments in a variety of industries, including tech, telecom & wireless, financial services & fintech, healthcare, clean energy, manufacturing & industrials, professional & government services, hospitality, food & beverage and international development.
She specializes in cross-border post-merger integration, divestitures & carve-outs, diligence, synergies & value creation, IMO setup & management, transformation & change management, operational model & organizational design, change & transformation, restructuring & turnarounds, process improvement, growth strategies and operational optimization.
Ms. Hendricks previously served as a junior partner at Alvarez & Marsal in the M&A and Human Capital & Organizational Change practices. She is former Head of M&A Integration at McAfee, and was an M&A Integration Lead on large, cross-border deals at Hewlett Packard / HPE and Samsung. Ms. Hendricks has worked with boutique firms servicing companies including Microsoft on large-scale transformation initiatives, and led marketing and PR at several global companies and firms. Ms. Hendricks also founded two global consulting firms and a West African biofuel company.
Ms. Hendricks studied for her master’s (MBA) in international business at Monterey (now Middlebury) Institute of International Studies and holds a bachelor’s in PR / advertising from Texas Christian University. She is a published writer with an art / design background and is a PROSCI®-certified change practitioner.
