Starla Longfellow has 15+ years of experience in healthcare and IT leadership. She has consulted for both small to medium physician practices ($200M-$2B) and large-scale health organizations, focusing on IT leadership, strategy, M&A integrations, digital transformation and change management.
Her expertise in healthcare helps move the needle by connecting the dots between operational business and clinical requirements and IT capabilities to achieve business goals.
She is an IT strategic partner and has worked with organizations to organize and improve IMO/PMO efforts for digital transformation and private equity aggregation and integration. Her passion is in building teams and leadership development and succession planning.
Starla holds an MBA from Strayer University and a BBA in Marketing from Georgia Southern University. She is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, DISC Consultant, and holds several executive certificates from Emory University as well as an ITIL certification. She is actively involved in professional organizations such as the American College of Radiology, HIMSS, and SIIM.
Starla lives in Southwest Florida with her husband Ron and loves golf, great food and cocktails and the beach. She is happy to collaborate on projects involving IT strategy, healthcare, CIO advisory, AI solutions, team and leadership development and M&A integrations.
