His career spans global consulting (Mercer, Korn Ferry Hay Group, SullivanCotter), technology (Uber), international development (ACDI/VOCA), and defense/aerospace government contracting (Arcfield, a Veritas Capital portfolio company).
Stephen’s consulting focus includes compensation strategy, executive compensation, M&A compensation due diligence and integration, salary structure design, pay equity analysis, and total rewards function diagnostics. He brings particular depth in private equity-backed environments, where he has led compensation workstreams from pre-deal evaluation through post-close harmonization, and in government contracting, where he advises on FAR, DCAA, and SCA compliance.
