Suhail Siddiqui is an experienced procurement and supply chain executive with over 15 years of success advising Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and global operators on strategic sourcing, enterprise transformation, and operational excellence. Known for delivering over $1 billion in bottom-line impact, Suhail is a trusted advisor to boards, investment leaders, and C-suite across industries including Oil & Gas, Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Healthcare.

Known for his creative approach to delivering value through strategic Procurement, Suhail is an expert in Category management, Strategic sourcing, and Supplier relationships. He is adept at applying his deep technical knowledge to optimize processes and implementing technology solutions to deliver operational efficiencies. His advisory engagements have spanned digital enablement, supplier alliances, capital procurement, and end-to-end Source-to-Pay transformation.

Now an independent consultant (SevenSigma Consulting), he previously held roles at NorthMark Strategies, a multi-strategy investment firm, where Suhail was VP of Sourcing and Procurement. Before NorthMark Strategies, Suhail spent over a decade at BP, where he directed global procurement for multi-billion-dollar capital projects globally. He pioneered category strategies that unlocked hundreds of millions in savings, implemented zero-based budgeting programs, and built Centers of Excellence that reshaped procurement delivery globally.

With engineering roots from Intel and Dell, and an MBA from UT Austin, Suhail brings a rare blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, and transformation leadership. He also holds a Certificate in Strategic AI Applications and actively advises on the use of generative AI in enterprise procurement.

When he is not working, Suhail enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his interests in non-profit/charity work, which aim to uplift marginalized communities. He lives in McKinney, TX, with his wife, two dogs, and two cats. He has two college-aged sons, pursuing higher education.
