Susanne has more than 20 years of HR expertise and has worked as a manager in the international environment of industry, consulting and the public sector as well as in line and project management before setting up her own consulting company in 2009. She is a source of ideas and impetus for all operational and strategic issues in the field of HR management, always pragmatic, results-oriented and with an eye for what is feasible.
Susanne is equally at home in SMEs, corporations, family businesses and the public sector and has an industry focus on automotive, machinery, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and technical services. Her strength lies in project realization from a single source thanks to her conception and implementation expertise. In addition, she is a certified Project Management Professional, Process Manager Digital Transformation, Lean Manager and Six Sigma Green Belt, which underline her process competence, as well as a systemic (agile) coach and mediator, which reflect her enthusiasm for people, change and developments in organizations.
Based in Cologne, Germany, she is an extremely internationally experienced and highly qualified HR senior expert with a broad range of experience and a strong focus on transformation, change & restructuring as well as Human Resources Management.
