I recently launched Axis & Scale to help founders, operators, and executives with fractional support across strategic planning, operating model + team design, and building the systems and workflows needed to turn strategy into action that drives growth.
My background includes leading strategy and transformation work at Deloitte and Accenture, and advising organizations across industries including retail, CPG, travel, hospitality, social impact, and the nonprofit sector.
