With over 25 years of global experience, including Chief People Officer and Global Head of Talent roles across life sciences, healthcare, and technology, Thiago brings a pragmatic, systems-oriented approach that integrates organizational design, talent strategy, and emerging technologies. His work increasingly focuses on helping leaders embed AI into workflows, decision-making, and capability building to prepare organizations for what’s next.
Thiago holds an MBA from ESADE Business School and the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU, is an ICF-certified executive coach (ACC) trained at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, and is completing a Master of Leadership and Organizational Change at Case Western Reserve University.
