Tom Reeder has more than twenty-five years of general management consulting focused on business and process improvement, executive manufacturing and engineering consulting experience. His management consulting engagements have covered a broad range of issues from growth, to improved efficiency and effectiveness, to business modeling, and enterprise integration. Tom’s strengths include leading client’s leadership teams and client-consultant teams in planning and execution of complex, integrated programs focused on strategic business improvement – execution aligned to strategy.

Tom’s engagements range from Fortune 500 manufacturers, to financial services, to consumer products, and high-tech manufacturers. Since starting his management consulting career at Deloitte, Tom has worked independently and driven growth through his work in a number of boutique consultancies. Client engagements have created insights-driven results based on holistic consideration of the strategic environment’s 5C’s (context, consumer, customers, competitors, company) coupled with enterprise/system alignment and transformation to achieve company goals through distinctive execution of targeted business outcomes.

Published throughout his professional career, Tom began his thought leadership with a number of technical papers as an engineering consultant. Early in his management consulting career, Industrial Engineering Magazine published Tom’s article on project and program management. Recently, he has written and/or co-authored more than 70 articles on management consulting covering a number of topics, including strategic architecture, change leadership, project management, process design, and exploration of social business inside the enterprise.

Tom is also an active volunteer. Tom is currently serving his fifth term as Board President of Community Consulting Teams of Atlanta, an entirely volunteer nonprofit providing pro bono consulting services to Atlanta-area nonprofits; and he has been involved with college recruiting for more than 10 years.
