I am Tom Keeler, an ex-Kearney Principal from the Digital, Data & AI practice. With nearly twelve years of advisory experience, largely working with CIOs, CTOs (Tech and Transformation), and CDOs (Digital and Data) and their direct reports, I have a deep and strong toolkit in technology and data-driven business advisory. Prior to management consulting, I spent over ten years in technology solution design and delivery, B2B enterprise software sales, solution architecture, and data mining.
As a consultant, I led complex engagements with multiple workstreams and teams, and helped senior clients manage strategically significant change programs, whether tech- or business-led. Although a strategy shop, at Kearney I had the benefit of several longer client engagements where I helped clients see benefits accrue during implementation phases. I have extensive experience working and communicating with the broader C-Suite, ELT and Board to align, report on, and adapt the change / transformation agenda to the broader business strategy.
I am launching an independent advisory practice in the strategy & transformation space, and also open to fractional executive roles appropriate to my background in strategy, transformation & technology leadership. I will help clients facing similar transformational journeys at whichever stage of they are in, whether upfront, needing turnaround, or just needing a capable leader to optimize value capture from their efforts.
