Over my career, Tom has lead a team of 150 and a $74 Million P&L, to significantly grow revenue, as well as improve margins and client satisfaction. As a VP of Professional Services in his last two roles, he transformed operations, increasing a Thoma Bravo company’s SaaS revenue 250%, from $8 Million to $20 Million, and a startup’s revenue 86% from $7 Million to $13 Million. Tom has foundational, client-facing experience from the US Air Force, Accenture and EMC and has worked with clients including Government, Fortune 500 Telecommunications, Technology, Healthcare, Energy and Financial Industries.
Tom has recently consulted with a large software development services company with a transformation of their primary offering. The project consisted of a review of the core issues, improving scope definition, project plan, requirements gathering and communication plan to control costs and improve margins.
