Tom Lewis is a transformation and change leader with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations deliver complex programmes that align strategy, technology and people. He has particular expertise in operating model design, large-scale workforce mobilisation, and AI-enabled change, ensuring that transformation not only delivers outcomes but also embeds sustainably.
Tom’s career spans consulting leadership and independent delivery. At Muuto Consulting he was a Partner specialising in Change and Transformation projects, while his associate and independent work has included leading change and transformation for organisations such as the Department of Health, the Ministry of Justice, the UK Electricity System Operator, and major global Telcos. His projects have ranged from designing the supply chain operating model that enabled rollout of over 100 million COVID-19 vaccine doses, to directing readiness and adoption for the UK’s largest IT-led telecoms transformation.
What differentiates Tom is his ability to combine proven change expertise with new approaches such as AI-enabled diagnostics and agentic AI, helping leaders accelerate adoption and gain real-time workforce insights.
