Tom spent 15 years as a consultant with KPMG, BearingPoint, and Deloitte. When he left, he was serving as Lead of the latter’s Organization Strategies Service Offering and a senior-level subject matter expert (SME) on strategy, organization design, and human capital projects.
In 2014 he launched Snowflake Consulting, a Certified B Corporation® that helps clients improve outcomes, sustain high performance, and position themselves for growth. Tom is particularly focused on elevating people and communities through his work with non-profits, governments, and socially conscious businesses.
Over the course of his career, he has consulted with over 150 clients across all sectors and in many industries, in the US and abroad, providing Strategy, Organization, Workforce, and Marketing solutions.
