Tom Oser is a consulting and operating executive with deep experience in post-merger integration, GTM strategy, and enterprise transformation across technology, manufacturing, telecom, and financial services. He advises private equity clients and M&A corporate development teams on post-merger integration, leveraging GenAI to accelerate realization of business case targets.
Tom has held leadership roles at Wipro, UCLA, Infosys, and EY, advising global enterprises and startups on capital formation, operational turnarounds, merger integration, and strategic sales. A former VP of National Sales at JM Eagle and visiting professor at UCLA and Wharton, he brings academic rigor blended with real-world execution.
After fifteen years based in Los Angeles, Tom has happily returned to the New York market. Now living in Jersey City, he chairs the AI/Tech Affinity Council of the Wharton Club of NY and enjoys boating along the Jersey Shore and wandering the natural canyons of NYC streets.
