As an MBA and PROSCI-certified management and communication consultant, she helps clients implement strategic change initiatives, drive user adoption (including Microsoft 365 applications like Teams and OneDrive), and improve organizational effectiveness through stakeholder engagement, communication, and training solutions. Tonia is known for balancing analytical rigor with intuitive insight to move teams and leaders forward with clarity and confidence.
She currently serves as Director of Operations for the Minnesota Change Management Network (MnCMN), a role she took on after serving in several board positions including Membership Chair, Vice President, President, and Immediate Past President.
