Tracey Keele is on a mission to end “culture gambling”—the risky, costly, and avoidable habit of leaving culture to chance. As Founder of Keele Advisory, she helps organizations turn culture into an engine for value creation, trust, and strategic performance.
A seasoned executive with 25+ years of experience, Tracey’s expertise sits at the intersection of strategy, risk, identity, and behavior. She brings behavioral science and hard-won experience to the table—helping leaders connect what’s happening in the boardroom to what’s happening on the ground.
Tracey didn’t come to culture by training. She came by crisis. Across three iconic organizations—Arthur Andersen, a Fortune 500 biopharma, and a major professional services firm—she lived the cost of culture neglect. One didn’t survive. The others paid dearly. Those lessons changed everything: how she led, what she valued, and how she measured success.
Before launching Keele Advisory, Tracey built and led KPMG’s Culture Transformation offering, drove a multi-year internal culture shift, and led its National Life Sciences Internal Audit practice. At the biopharma giant, she held global roles across business units and geographies, including as chief architect of a company-wide values assurance program.
She now helps organizations transform how they lead through change, grow culture equity, and make culture work for—not against—their goals. Tracey also serves on the Boards of the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance and Covenant House of Pennsylvania. She’s scrappy, pragmatic, and ambitious—especially when there’s an opportunity to scale human potential.
