Tricia spent 3 years at Deloitte as a west coast leader in the Lean Six Sigma practice under Strategy and Operations. She joined Slalom for 6 years as a Lean Six Sigma Practice Lead, before joining her client, Trizetto to transform their delivery model in response to healthcare reform. She has been consulting independently since 2015 helping clients align delivery to strategy, and reconfigure their delivery and portfolio leadership practices to unlock the intrinsic motivations of leaders and teams to achieve maximum results.
In addition to a Mechanical Engineering degree, an MBA and years of consulting experience, Tricia also holds numerous certifications in change (PROSCI), Lean (LSS Black Belt), Atlassian Administrator, and Agile (Enterprise Agile Coach, Scaled Agile SPC 6). Although she appreciates the efficiency of working remotely with distributed teams from her base in western Colorado, Tricia appreciates the value of working in person for training, workshops and establishing strong working relationships.
