I graduated from the University of Manchester – Manchester Business School (UK) with a Master of Science in Information Systems. Before that, I studied Business Informatics at the Berlin School of Economics and Law and graduated with a Bachelor of Science. Since 2011, I work as a management consultant, advising and supporting decision-makers in the development and implementation of IT strategies, enterprise architecture management functions and operating models with a focus on scaled agility.
I gained my professional experience at IBM Global Business Services and Capgemini in the consulting unit for IT strategy consulting – most recently as Senior Manager. Since June 2022 I work as an independent management consultant and enterprise agile coach.
Over the past 9 years, I have advised, supported and empowered several corporations, medium-sized companies and federal agencies in their reorganization according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).
