With 17+ years of combined consulting and industry experience in the Specialty Chemicals, Materials, and Coatings industry, Venkat’s core areas of expertise include Corporate Strategy & Development, M&A, Operations Performance Improvement, and Global Expansion. He partners with organizations and their senior management to drive strategic growth and achieve sustainable success.
Venkat spent nearly a decade at Beckers Group (specialty coatings) in diverse roles, most notably leading the Group’s Strategy and Global Operations Controlling across 24 production sites in 19 countries. Prior to that, he served as a Practice Expert in the European Chemicals practice at KPMG (Germany) advising corporates on Strategy, M&A, and Commercial Intelligence. He also worked on numerous LBOs and mid-market Private Equity deals.
