Vinay Prathy is a finance transformation leader with deep experience driving value creation in private equity–backed and enterprise environments. He specializes in FP&A, working capital optimization, and operating model design, with a focus on improving cash flow, decision-making, and execution.
Vinay has held senior leadership roles at AlixPartners, Aon, and GE, and has led transformation initiatives across finance, operations, and analytics. Most recently, he advised on pricing and data transformation for a PE-backed services company.
