Wahid Nurdin is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach and former Agile Advisor at McKinsey & Company. With over 11 years in the IT industry, Wahid has successfully helped more than 60 organizations and teams across five countries transform their ways of working. As an Agile Coach, Mentor, Trainer, and Servant Leader, he draws on his expertise in delivery and iterative release management, relationship management, Agile program management, and technical skills honed through roles as a developer, architect, and development manager.

Wahid combines a strong technical understanding of IT and software with a focus on business outcomes and the human side of Agile. His mission is to create high-performance organizations by fostering happiness in the workplace. Wahid’s passion for the Agile mindset has led him to implement Agile practices in companies across Indonesia and several other APAC countries. Over the past five years, he has been instrumental in guiding numerous companies from traditional ways of working to Agile, offering deep experience in training, coaching, consulting, and mentoring.

Wahid resides in Indonesia and is eager to collaborate on Agile transformation projects across the APAC region.
