Willem Romanus is an independent strategy consultant with 15+ years of experience in management consulting and industry leadership. He began his career at Arthur D. Little, later joined Eden McCallum, and has since advised clients across sectors including aerospace, energy, consumer goods, healthcare, and telecom. Beyond consulting, Willem founded and led the AI Strategy & Consultancy practice at Faktion and co-founded two tech startups.
He combines a strong strategic background with hands-on operational expertise and has a special interest in the business applications of AI and emerging technologies. Based in Bruges, Belgium, Willem is married with three daughters and is an avid marathon runner.
