Theron McLarty launched his practice in 2024 after 14 years in consulting following his Northwestern JD-MBA. He began in global strategy at hotel franchisor IHG before moving into technology strategy and cybersecurity with Slalom and ImagineX Consulting, respectively.
His work spans program management, project delivery, policy development, and workshop facilitation – specializing in cybersecurity areas such as Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR), and Incident Response (IR) planning, including tabletop exercises. He has advised clients across healthcare, banking and finance, consumer goods, and retail.
Before his JD-MBA, Theron worked in finance after earning a BS in Science & Technology, International Affairs (STIA) from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service. A recovering Ironman triathlete, he now enjoys life in Atlanta with his two young children, two cats, and a Great Pyrenees.
