Now independent and based in Tokyo, I work with corporates, funds, and founders on strategy-driven projects, especially those involving Japan. Recent projects include a joint venture strategy in Indonesia, IT/digital transformation support for a global retail chain, and multiple commercial due diligences for private equity clients.
