Get a CLU – the Unexpected Guide to Organizational Transformation: Tools and strategies for leading high-stakes change

Caroline-Lucie Ulbrich shares a few words and a link to her book.

It’s a book for anyone suddenly thrust into a transformation project without a clear roadmap. This book breaks down what’s really needed: leadership buy-in, structured change, stakeholder alignment, emotional resilience, employee training, and real-time feedback loops. Most organizations aren’t built for change – only 5% of leaders say they’re prepared for ongoing transformation (McKinsey, 2023). This book breaks down what’s really needed: leadership buy-in, structured change, stakeholder alignment, emotional resilience, employee training, and real-time feedback loops. I made sure to include a lot of examples from my work as case studies, and chose a slightly more creative angle, referring to the skill set of Joan of Arc, or comparing and contrasting the leadership styles of Indra Nooyi with that of Napoleon Bonaparte.

The book is free for download until the 15th of October for anyone who has a Kindle Unlimited membership.
