Iva Karolina Raisinger is a global transformation and commercial leader with more than two decades of experience driving revenue growth, market expansion and innovation across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. She build a career at the intersection of strategy, technology, sustainability and ecosystem partnerships—shaping go-to-market strategies, commercializing new solutions and enabling high-performing global teams.
Most recently, Iva served as Senior Director at Capgemini, where she co-developed the firm’s first enterprise ESG offering, partnered with hyperscalers and climate tech start-ups, and led business enablement for multi-billion-dollar global portfolios. As Managing Partner at Pipeline Strategy Partners, she advises Fortune 500 clients on AI adoption, organizational transformation and commercial acceleration.
Her earlier leadership roles at IBM, Ernst & Young, Columbia Business School, NYU and the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs reflect a career spanning major corporations, top research academic institutions and international diplomacy.
Iva holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Master’s in Political Economy & Environmental Policy from Columbia University. She is a dual U.S.–EU citizen, fluent in English, French, Czech, conversational in German, Spanish, Italian. She is passionate about adventure and new discoveries.
